Post-Surgery
Rest easily and concentrate on healing while Lourdes Joint & Spine Center coordinates your post-operative equipment, therapy and nursing needs. This service is called “full continuum” of orthopedic care.
Orthopedic Suites
Just picture yourself…a brand new robe hanging on the bathroom door. Your bed covered with Egyptian cotton sheets. A sleep noise machine playing soothing sounds. Close by, a “quiet pack” filled with goodies from a sleep mask to ear plugs. You’re surrounded by soft tones and tranquil hues. Are you a guest in an upscale hotel? No, but we hope you feel like it. You are in a specialized hospital room – one designed for comfort, function and your successful recovery.
In 2013, we remodeled a section of the hospital’s 2nd floor and dedicated it to your needs, as you recover from surgery. Your personal care and comfort are provided by a team of orthopedic nurses, rehab and case-management professionals dedicated to your health and healing.
Discharge / Outpatient Therapy
When you leave Lourdes, your physician may prescribe outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, or message therapy. Allow us to continue with you on your road to recovery. Lourdes physical, speech and occupational therapy is in three convenient locations and available to meet your continued needs.
