Lourdes Behavioral Health provides high-quality, outpatient mental health treatment designed to help adults ages 18+ achieve balance and recovery.
Our outpatient programs feature evidence-based care appropriate for those who have recently completed a higher level of care or who need more therapeutic benefit than traditional individual therapy or medication management alone.

Our Outpatient Programs

- Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) - Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) designed to assist adults in overcoming the barriers to recovery from persistent behavioral health conditions. This includes assistance with housing, finances, training, employment, addiction and medication management.
- Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) - Provides services to help identify, assess and ensure the safety of those who suffer from mental health concerns and are homeless. The primary emphasis is to help link individuals with services and treatment options that will address their immediate needs.
- PATHFINDER – Provides support for individuals who are experiencing opioid and/or stimulant use disorder. This program is conducted by Peer SUD Specialists.
- Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUD) - Offers substance use treatment for individuals struggling with addiction through an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Program (OP) or DUI Deferment assessment.
- Prosecutorial Diversion Program (PDP) - Designed to create a pathway to divert individuals, particularly those charged with misdemeanors and low-level felony offenses, from court involvement and incarceration to behavioral health services.
